Important Dates and Deadlines

1. Abstract submission opens: 1 May 2024
2. Deadline for abstract submission: 31 July 2024, 23:59 GMT+8 31 August  2024, 23:59 GMT+8
3. Notification of abstract acceptance: 30 August 2024 15 September 2024
4. The presenting author of an accepted abstract should register and complete the full payment before 5 November 2024, 23:59 GMT+8, to be included in the program.

General

Abstracts should only be submitted via the Conference’s online submission system.  The presenting author should complete registration and payment for the inclusion of the abstract in the Program.  Each registered author is allowed to present a maximum of 2 abstracts, including podium and poster presentations.

Podium Guidelines

Each oral presentation will be 15 minutes in total, including a 12-minute talk and a 3-minute Q&A.  Please ensure that your slide is formatted in 16:9 (Widescreen) to use the maximum available space during the presentation.

Poster Guidelines

1. Poster size: A1 (594mm width x 841mm height).  Please print and bring your poster to the designated location for display. 
2. Copyright policy
   • Please do not include materials that may be subject to pending patents and other intellectual property rights.
   • We also request that you acknowledge the sources properly when citing appropriate references for figures, charts and other materials which are not your original work.
