Call for Papers: Special Issue on the 2024 International Conference on Movement Science and Technology (ICMST 2024)

Gait and Posture is pleased to announce a special issue for selected presentations accepted to the 2024 International Conference on Movement Science and Technology (ICMST 2024), held on November 22-24, 2024, in Taipei, Taiwan. The main conference theme is focused on “Beyond Boundaries: Integrating Artificial Intelligence in Movement Science for Future Health Innovations,” and we invite all of you to join us and explore the synergy between these dynamic fields.“ This special issue aims to feature ground-breaking research presented in the 2024 ICMST that merges artificial intelligence with biomechanical and movement sciences. This special issue provides an excellent platform for researchers to share their innovative work with a global audience. Contributions should align with the journal's focus on the clinical and laboratory assessment of gait and posture and related technologies.

Scope of the Special Issue

Robotics and exoskeletons in rehabilitation
Ethical considerations and data privacy in movement science technology
Comparative biomechanics, including studies on animal locomotion

Special Submission Instructions

Selected high-quality papers from oral and poster presentations at ICMST 2024 are invited for submission. Authors should submit their full-length manuscripts through the regular online submission and review platform of Gait and Posture, selecting this special issue during manuscript submission.
